Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing Times

Rustic Raven products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Please allow 3–10 business days for your order to be made and processed before shipment.

The 3–10 business day timeframe is processing time only and does not include shipping/transit time. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery time will depend on the shipping service selected and carrier conditions.

Please keep this processing time in mind when ordering for holidays, gifts, events, or other time-sensitive occasions.
